URBN requires all products to comply with ISTA free fall drop test standards. The test requires packages to be dropped onto a flat, firm, non-yielding surface. The drop height is based on the package weight shown in the chart below.

We require 10 drops tests, one for each of the orientations listed below.
- Most fragile corner
- Shortest edge radiating from the drop corner
- Medium edge radiating from the drop corner
- Longest edge radiating from the drop corner
- Flat on one of the smallest faces
- Flat on the opposite small face
- Flat on one of the medium faces
- Flat on the opposite medium face
- Flat on one of the largest faces
- Flat on the opposite large face
